Josh Bennett

Josh has been in the real estate industry since 2001 and has been involved in various sides from originating, underwriting, closing, to legal work. This diversity has allowed him to acquire an immense knowledge of the real estate industry from start to finish. His clients get a clear understanding and have great confidence while going through the financing process.

Since joining the Title Mortgage team back in 2008 Josh has been a significant part of the team by sharing his wealth of knowledge, professionalism, honesty and hardworking mentality with not only the company, but his clients, realtors, and community members. Josh is highly proficient in Jumbo, Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and construction loans.

When not at the office Josh is spending time his family, and being involved in his communities youth sports programs.
